Output complete or partial of Cas system #57

Dear cctyper team, Thanks for your such amazing work. I want to known is it complete or parital of my Cas，but I can not find any words in the output files. It seems fixed with v1.1.0 , and mine is CRISPRCasTyper version 1.8.0, does it removed? Thanks a lot.

In the output there are completion columns that indicate how complete the system is (in %), split by adaptation and interference modules. The very partial systems are put in the _putative.tab output. Many/most of these might be false positives though.
