Please, i have a problem with the shape of Dissimilarity(rJSD).
For example take a look at the paper and the plot for Tongue
and the plot obtained
Considering the blue region of the paper graph, everything it's so similar with the R calculation, but a big difference is with the pink shape of Dissimilarity(rJSD), that for the original paper moves from o to 0.5 but for the R calculation is from 0 to 1.

I'm puzzled, because i can choose between different kernels, i can scale y or not ... i can so many thinks. Please, could you gives to me some tips to understand why this part of the graph is so different?
