Intermittently, survivors get RoboenzaWep.

Likely need to add analytics to check for this showing in people's inventories under certain circumstances. Maybe print a blaring HudMessage or something when someone has it incorrectly.

Forgot to cross-ref the commit, but this can be tested in the next session. Commit aa5cb58c2cf1548d68d2a96328e1e979cf54a30d does not fix the problem, but it does add an ability to track when it happens.
