snakeyaml android variant needs to be in maven central #194

While issue #92 fixes snakeyaml's android compatibility, it doesn't seem to be 
available in maven central, which means any android projects using snakeyaml 
need to build snakeyaml from source.

Can we get snakeyaml's android variant added to maven central?

Feel free to become the maintainer of the Android package.
Change the project to support the Android artifact and we will provide you with 
the credentials to upload the files to Sonatype.

Could you provide latest jar for android at least? :)

In version 1.10 there is no method 
PropertyUtils.setSkipMissingProperties(boolean)
