custom toolbar disappears #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install hackbar and disable it
2. Create new custom toolbar
3. enable hackbar and restart firefox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My custom toolbar disappear completely. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FireFox4, Win7 SP1 Pro x64

Please provide any additional information below.
After disabling hackbar and restart I see custom toolbar again
