when paste URLEncoded string (cyrilic) like 
"%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%B5%D1%82%20%D0%BC%D0%B8%D1%80" after decode see 
this "привет мир", but I have See This "привет 
мир"

Can you confirm both Firefox and OS are supporting extended UTF-8 characters?
