Looks like the original dev has stopped working on it... I have been using the below fork on Zabbix v4.2.1

It has a few quirks but mostly it's fine

I did have to tweak/hack the imap.php file a little to get rid of those warnings

Remove these lines

Line 74 'fullscreen' => array(T_ZBX_INT, O_OPT, P_SYS, IN('0,1'), null),

Line 556 ->addVar('fullscreen', $_REQUEST['fullscreen']);

Line 563 $controls->addItem(get_icon('fullscreen', ['fullscreen' => $_REQUEST['fullscreen']]));
