package manifest points to old github.io documentation #1400

this is the site that shows up on the crates.io sidebar, and it looks like it hasn't been regenerated in quite some time.

You are right, we'll just redirect to docs.rs always for now. It used to be different because docs.rs didn't handle features very well, but now that it does, we can safely dispose of the old doc site.

Fixed on master, will be updated on the next crates.io push
