Updates a few dependencies

@mitchmindtree could you have a look? I mostly need the update to sample 0.8. If you merged, could you push the new version to crates.io?

I can't update the claxon dependency due to a bug upstream: https://github.com/ruuda/claxon/issues/7

And the update of cpal is non-trivial. Maybe a later day :).

Hmmm nevermind I think we should give this a little bit more time. @mitchmindtree it seems you are doing a 0.9 release for sample? Then I think I'll wait a bit, maybe I also get a reply by @ruuda whether they want to publish their crate or not. Also I might have a second look on the cpal port.

@mitchmindtree I have pushed an update to the cpal crate now. I somehow wasn't able to get really good results on the sine example, not even before this patch. Does this PR break something for you?

Claxon is now updated as well. @mitchmindtree could you have a look?
