Are there any plans for ASIO support? Or WASAPI exclusive mode?

@Boscop any chance could you elaborate on the benefits of addingn ASIO or exclusive mode support for cpal contributors like myself who aren't familiar?

@Boscop you might be interested in #204 and possibly #205. This has also been previously raised in #106.
