Licencing parser #4

We currently license it under MIT while previously it was licensed under a dual MIT/CC-BY-4.0 license. It would probably be a good idea to use similar licenses.

I thought copied everything from the main repository. Do you remember where was CC-BY-4.0 part?

In general, dual license for same users (because open source projects users are unlimited) makes only legal weakness but no more advantage. And MIT is already very permissive license so I think it is already compatible to CC.
