This is a basic jekyll site for rustpython.

my demo site works from a default gh-pages branch. I'll leave it to you to figure out how and where you want to deploy.

It's up! https://rustpython.github.io/ It looks like there are a few weird things with how jekyll processed it, but I can debug those. Thanks again @mireille-raad for putting this together!
