Image preview before upload not working (Firefox 3.6.18, chrome, opera)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on album (admin page)
2. Click on add image
3. browser and choose an image from local filesystem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: image preview before upload
I see: Nothing but the word "waiting ..."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 3.6.18, 
Chrome 10.0.648, 
Opera 11.01

Please provide any additional information below.
Images uploading then works alright

Hi,
Have you clicked button at the end of page upload? Waiting is write'ln until 
you click upload. There is no such thing as "image preview before upload". 
Image you provided looks like as it should. So all is ok from my side :) Just 
image preview window does not exists.
