I think this is some standard Gnome icon that any number of apps can use? On my system it's used by the app nobara-sync, also known as "Update system". It is now the only app I have pinned to my dock that's not supported by Skeuowaita, so I'd love it if you could add it to your list!

Can you tell the name of the icon file? from the .desktop file, Icon=<icon file name>?
