Add @musicm122's postback extensions #18

Heard this was pretty urgent, so rather than responding to https://github.com/RusticiSoftware/SCORMCloud_NetLibrary/pull/17, I just pushed up my comment suggestions.

I've tested createRegistration, UpdatePostbackInfo, and GetPostbackInfo. These all work and assign values correctly.

In my sense of urgency, my setup murdered the whitespace, so be sure to turn ignore whitespace on for reading this PR.
