Target JDK8, update to Jetty 9, improve RemoteLRS HTTP Client interface #50

No public compatibility interface changes in this other than which JDK we're requiring. I wanted to get this opened for comments, but plan to get the other PRs merged first so that they can stay in the same minor version as I plan to bump the major version with the Java version requirement change.

Should resolve #47, replaces #44 incorporating comments from that PR which targets #38 and #42.

@gomezgoiri @alycklama please have a look and/or test if you have time. I'll be working on the other PRs tomorrow and hope to get them merged, then will look at getting a release with this PR out.

The associated commits look good and work as expected. I've closed #38 accordingly.
