Add recognition of interaction type long-fill-in #53

Yo @brianjmiller... Looks like a small oversight, unless I missed some place where long-fill-in is interpreted into fill-in somewhere else in the code.

(The test failure here seemed to be present before this commit, FYI)

Kind of an oversight, at the time it wasn't in the xAPI spec so didn't make the cut, that's been resolved see: https://github.com/adlnet/xAPI-Spec/issues/473 so I think we are good to include it. The test appears to have been a blimp, possibly related to the LRS having been cleared recently.
