[x] The cosmetician can choose the option of adding new treatments.
[x] The cosmetician can choose the option of updating existing treatment's details (prices, workers etc.)
[x] The data is actually added/ updated in the treatment's DB.
[x] The cosmetician gets notification of the success/ failure of the process.
