Clean up Contrib #1

For v4 we'll remove content from Contrib that no longer is applicable cor the current release. Everything being removed is available in the Ruth repositore archive-ruth-rc3 branch, much of it is still in the master branch of that repo also.

We could maybe also delete Contrib/Ada Radius/Ruth2.0_Previous - if Ada is happy with that?

If Contrib/Shin Ingen's directory is left empty it might be worth preserving that with just a short readme in there to indicate he did the original model in Z-Brush on which these meshes are based.

I would go ahead with the changes/deletions and we can then see if any optimisation is needed afterwards.

After the deletions are made, it would be worth adding to the Ruth2 repository top level Readme.md that the Contrib contents pre contributions to v4 are still available in the Ruth repository Contrib area.

There were more versions of Ruth stuff than I used for v4, and I suppose some people might want them - especially the different versions of feet, fingernails and toenails by other contributors. I think it's a good idea to delete Contrib/Ada Radius/Ruth2.0_Previous thank you!

I updated this to remove Ada's Ruth2.0_Previous and add a link to the README.
