There is no column header for "Initial State" in the VnV Report, but it is included in the VnV Plan. Some of the initial states are included in the input in the VnV report, but some initial states are not included at all. Looking at an example: Test "AS-1" the initial state of being on the homepage and not being authenticated (as seen in VnV Plan) is not included in the VnV Report. Also, the input in the VnV Report says the user can input by clicking "Get Started" or "Login" , but in the VnV Plan it says the input is only by clicking "Login". The VnV Plan needs to be updated.
