Added Russian translation #53

Hi Shri, Thank you for your interest in the project. Currently we are only accepting language translations from native speakers of that language. So you can make a PR for Indian languages listed in Google's list. You can check out and improve the Hindi translation or work on other Indian languages in the list.

Hi, I don’t find any mention of this condition on the page, nor anything was mentioned in my previous PR where changes were asked to be made after which I created another PR (this PR). Because of which, the efforts of the open-source contributors are of no use. Also, is there any way to know if a user is a native language speaker? Please let me know on what basis the team is deciding if any user is a native language speaker or not.

Have been a bit busy lately and sorry for not communicating the conditions with you. I have updated the issue to reflect these changes. I appreciate your efforts but it is always better to let the speakers of that language translate than using Google translate. You are welcome to contribute towards Indian languages and any other issue that needs your help.With your expertise in pen testing and cybersecurity you can maybe help us out with the extensions malware protection. We also have a website that needs attention.

We are in the stage of using crowdwin to track development of localization.
