Wrong entry in Toc.html #25

See reference to contents/03-RichStrings.xdoc.html#RichStringIF in xtend toc.xml. The file 03-RichStrings.xdoc.html does not exist.

toc generation should work now. unfortunately the problem is similar for links between referenced (sub)sections.
