Steps to reproduce (in xbase.doc):
1) Uncheck "Project->Build automatically" in your eclipse instance"
2) Choose "Project->Clean" and make sure to untick "Start a build immediately"
3) Note that contents/02-Lexical Structure.xdoc.html and toc.xml will not be removed
