We have the following page that shows some model specs and code to run it. This entire document needs to be updated from a Markdown to a python-enabled RMarkdown. We would like to be able to make minor changes to the parameters and update the graphs.

Include an option to show/hide all code. Set code_folding: hide in the YAML header per https://bookdown.org/yihui/rmarkdown/html-document.html
