What does this PR do?

Template for Login page added according to the given wireframe. #9

Description of Task to be completed?

[x] HTML code was to be written for Login Webpage
[x] Minor additions were made in style.css for the same.

How should this be manually tested?

1. The file I have added is named as loginTemplate.html
1. The file is located: Dreams>UI>loginTemplate.html

Any background context you want to provide?

A wireframe was provided for the login page and the pull request is made for the Login Webpage code. fixes #9
