[Need Update Source File] Translation: French in "Duik Bassel_new.json" file #284

I found some French in "source" pair, show as below, could be more when I translation.

[x] Line277. Réglages
[x] Line347. Débutant
[x] Line354. Utilisez ce mode si c'est votre première fois avec Duik (16).
[x] Line375. Toutes les fonctionnalités mais facile à utiliser
[x] Line396. Toutes les fonctionnalités dans une interface petite et pratique
[x] Line424. C'est plus sûr.
[x] Line445. Mode Dev & Déboggage
[x] Line452. Utilisez à vos risques et périls !

Weird... I'm going to check this and fix the file if any I see other errors, thanks!

I know what's going on! I use the source file from "DuAEF_Duik\src\tools (ScriptUI)\Duik\translation\Duik Bassel_new.json". I will export language file from "Help Panel" and update it to repo to fix. Pull Request #287 may fix this.
