Ramses Application issues on Windows #368

When starting Ramses Application on Win 10, it starts up almost hidden in the top left corner of the left monitor (4k, 125% scaling), so I have to drag it to the screen first. When trying to create a new database, the items shift a little to the left, but nothing else appears. When dragging it onto my right Monitor (1920x1080, 100% scaling), I can see a hint of some settings on the right side of the application window, but resizing the window is not possible so it's not usable.

It's very strange you can't resize the window as it is on your second screenshot...

But we're going to change the way the window is sized/displayed on windows in a next update, soon, especially because we have some issues like this on Windows
