It fixes #58
bind(to:) on BehaviorRelay is introduced in RxSwift 4.1.0 so this PR also includes a RxSwift version bumping commit.

Great fix! Just wanted to leave a note on the naming - it's a BehaviorRelay , not a BehaviorReplay :)
