Update RxSwift dependency to 4.4.0 #80

It was unable to use RxKeyboard by upgrading RxSwift 4.4.0 version recently. cf: https://github.com/ReactiveX/RxSwift/releases/tag/4.4.0

I bumped up RxSwift version to 4.4.0 and add RxAtomic to dependencies 👍
