Basic git organization cleanup.
Add git-flow pattern;
[x] Make a develop branch
[ ] edit branch protection rules on master/develop
[ ] make develop default PR branch
[ ] verify release tags, branches per git-flow guidlines
[ ] make sure any documentation on CONTRIBUTING has correct branch guidelines
