I suggest the following enhancement:

Display the Speed Limit of the current road (if set in openstreetmap data
as maxspeed).

Nice feature, but needs to get OSM data directly. Currently andnav only fetch 
the instructions from openrouteservice.org server and layer this over 
openstreetmap tiles.
