String may be confusing for people not in tech #10

In the DESCRIPTION part of addMeeting, it mentions that Format should be a single string and be alphanumeric.

As this application is curated for financial advisors, they may not be aware of what a string is, thus this term may confuse them as to what it really means

A non technical person when thinking of a string, would think of a single object or a sequence of objects. Given that we stated that the format should be a single string and added context saying that it should be alphanumeric, one can be able to infer that we are referring to any combination of alphanumeric characters, amounting to a single sequence.

Reason for disagreement: I would disagree with the argument that people would equate string with a sequence of objects. The majority of people would think a string as a long piece of fiber instead.

This link gives some good explanations as to why string is too "jargony" and should be replaced with something like text instead.
