Strange drag selection on windows #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a drag command
2. Add a touch command
3. Remove the touch command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The drag selection should be as same as previous specified (figure1), but the 
selection box is messed up instead (figure2)

The seemed to be a bug of javax.swing since the interval storage of the 
rectangle coordinates are correct.
