I am not able to give people permission to use trade commands without giving them op. how do I do it? ( it is on 1.16.5

You have to give players the trade_ui.trade permission with a permissions plugin for them to be able to use TradeUI. If you dont want to do this, then you can just set require-trade-permission to false in the config.yml.

Thank you i will try that and then reply Also i can't be sharing the server ip it is actually my friends he asked me about it.
