Enable stats to be constrained by a date range. This will allow players to be recognised for performance over a given time frame. For example, most !spot entries in a week / most new players added / whatever

I need a better defined list of what stats you'd want to see. !stats {user} shows "player add" type records. But not "player update" type records.

I am thinking something like toppower but for other types of activity:

Simplest form - the current stats command has {from date} and {to date} parameters added

More complx form:

topscouts {from date} {to date} - the top 10 players adding (or updating if possible) locations of other players

Another (less exciting) example

topcleaners {from date} {to date} - top 10 players using update commands like assign, level, delete, missing,
