Twitch API Version 6: Helix #168

EPIC - We should aim to have a perfectly working version 6 library by June 2018.

The plugin currently uses Kraken5 and version 5 of the Twitch API will be closed at the end of 2018. So we have plenty time to create a new folder of much the same classes and mostly the same functions.

There might be a difference in design to make it easier to create new versions of the library through the years. I will not be looking to make changes that require mass changes through the plugins outside of the library folders themselves.

Close most issues because the admin itself isn't worth it and much of the endpoints aren't going to be in use straight away either.

The core now supports Helix with most features working - login does not. There are areas of Helix that are incomplete and my new Twitch class needs some general improvements. This work will be systematic from here on and so I'm closing this issue.
