Developer Tools: Add quick debug setup #232

When I access a clients site I want to quickly activate ALL debugging, tracing and limit output to my user ID.

A tool in the TwitchPress Developers menu will help to save time.

Cancelling this - settings can be used to achieve debugging output and I will not work on a website without full administration access. If the client wants 100% protection they would need me in-house.
