Endpoint Deprecated: https://api.twitch.tv/helix/users/follows #381

I've discovered the following endpoint is deprecated and needs to be replaced for the channel list shortcode to work properly:

https://api.twitch.tv/helix/users/follows

This will be my first fix in a very long time and I'll release an update soon after.
