Access denied to November 2022 dataset #17

Hi, links to the November 2022 dataset files return "Access Denied" error.

Sorry about that. The upload for some of the files failed, but they should now be available. Please let me know if not.

There's currently a problem with our s3 storage. Will comment here when it's been resolved.

Hi @krzysieqq , I've just updated the s3 links on the GitHub. If you still need the November data, please change the 1Dec in the filename to 2Nov.
