r355+ won't rip COD: Black Ops #508

r355 beta and r374 beta get an error immediately when attempting to install 
Call of Duty: Black Ops.  The drive clicks a couple times and Wiiflow displays 
an error message.

Reverting to r304 allows the game to install.
