Changing Theme hangs Wiiflow #543

I'm not sure if this problem is with the Wiiflow or with the new themes that 
are supposed to be compatible with the wiiflow 418+ presented on this web page:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.choose a theme and exit setup
2.re-enter setup and choose a different theme

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is that the theme will be changed. What happens is that the 
Wii hangs and after doing hard resset the theme changes to the selected theme.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
