Add workflow for automated release building #70

Description

Adds a GitHub Action for publishing to Wally and building the release files as well as releasing.

Fix error with fonts stopping Rojo from building
Add a manual GitHub Action for making a new release
Add a changelog for manually setting the changelog
Update .gitignore to account for build files produced by the workflow
