Not accepting special characters in name #3

Seen in the UG that only accept alphanumeric characters, saw in the DG as well to include names as numbers.

I feel that some of the name would include "s/o", so it will be good if the application can allow for names with example "john s/o tim".

However this is a low severity feature flaw, but it will greatly benefit the user as there would be students from all nationalities and race.
