The entry contents should be displayed in the textbox in the proper markdown (both Sméagol and user‑defined), with Tkinter text formatting (bold, italics, etc).

Bug: Load and Save buttons are between the headings, instead of at the end.

Bug: text in textbox appears to be the page's html contents instead of the markdown contents.
