Separate root and tree names #44

The root of a Site needs two names. For instance: “Grammar” appears in the ToC and the url. “A Grammar of the Tinellbian Languages” appears as the <h1> heading and in the title bar. It makes sense for the former to be the name of the Site and the latter to be the name of the Page.

I can't quite remember how this interacts with hyperlinks, but it should work out eventually.

Default to the name of the root being the name of the site. User can use Page > Rename if required.

Since the Page is unable to (natively) access the name of the Site, the full title basically has to appear in the ToCs. The URL is not taken from the name of either the Site or the Page, so this really comes to nothing.

I suggest that if the full title is too much for the ToC, to replace it with an image.
