Have "Window" facility #60

When adding a new dictionary entry, it is often useful to be able to easily check other entries that may be related, such as etymons, translations, etc.

For instance, when editing the etymology of "gufu'iri", I want consistency between this entry and "gufu", "gufu'i", "'i", "-ri". Also, the related term "gufubuma".

At least, there should be a way to quickly add entries to a "Windows" menu, and perhaps also a keyboard shortcut for moving between them.

Decided to have this similar to tabbed browsing in Mozilla Firefox, using TKinter's Notebook widget.
