When sprites are rendered the screen needs to be cleared.
Sprites need to have a width and height property
Test Object cleanup, ensure we have correct cleanup in all our managers and game

Note: That the first is done and the second is not possible in SDL without writing our own image processing code, so we should stick with the limitation for now.
