A Proposal for a Smaller Milestone 1 #40

The document "Milestone 1" contains a lot of stuff.

I would like to suggest we pare it down to three simple things:

  1. A ship that moves in method desired in the final project.
  2. The circle oscillates is it should.
  3. A ship graphic suitable to the professional quality we wish to demonstrate.
