Backport changes to ASUS-ZENBOOK-HACKINTOSH #4

Hi @Rybo713. I'm the author of ASUS-ZENBOOK-HACKINTOSH.

Do you have to change anything to get my build working on your laptop? If yes, could you please tell me what changes you have made?

Would be great if I can backport those changes to ASUS-ZENBOOK-HACKINTOSH

I have changed quite a few things from your build. Here are the changes:

Trackpad:

I replaced the voodooi2c kexts from your repo with the-darkvoid's guide as that fixes the random cursor jumping.

Bluetooth:

Again I used the-darkvoid's guide to upgrade the Bluetooth firmware from 1443.1572_v5668 to 1502.1786_v5882.

SSDT-USBX.dsl

I tweaked the USB PowerLevels according to the MacBookPro14,1 SSDT-USBX.dsl.zip

Power Management

I added CPUFriend and CPUFriendDataProvider kexts for better power management. NOTE: The CPUFriendDataProvider jn my repo only works on the i5-7200U. For other CPUs use this guide.

If I think of anymore changes that I have made, I'll tell you.

Config.plist

Changed CsrActiveConfig from 0x67 to 0x3E7 because macOS 10.14.5 will prevent 3rd party kexts from loading if CsrActiveConfig is 0x67.

Removed ForceKextsToLoad array after installation as it is only for installing macOS.
