This is pre-release version 2.0.0-alpha.3

Changes include:

• OpenAL32.dll is now included and no longer requires manual install from the user
• Building projects is now handled in the Project Manager instead of in the GUE
• BlitzForge is now included as a submodule
• Project Manager has been updated to use some new features included in BlitzForge
• Project Manager UI has been reorganized
• Architect tools now exports unencrypted [#14]
• Fix AutoFade issue with actors in tool viewports [#16] [#10]
• Remove FMod dependency [#18]
• Convert all sounds to OOG format [#8]
